1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the fa66 platform (available at fa66.bio and any associated subdomains or applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the fa66 platform and close your account, if one exists. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

fa66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, fa66 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. It remains your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions before using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the fa66 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You do not have an existing fa66 account that has been suspended, terminated, or self-excluded.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or list that would preclude you from participating in online gambling.

Age Verification

fa66 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, fa66 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain products. fa66 will not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform.

If fa66 determines or reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use may be voided.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

To access real-money betting and gaming features on fa66, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

fa66 operates a strict one account per person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fa66 conducts identity verification checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, security codes, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals processed — will be attributed to you. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

fa66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to accounts held with major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in BDT; no foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. fa66 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction in the fa66 cashier.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within a target timeframe of four (4) hours for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution. fa66 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Anti-Money Laundering

All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. fa66 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds for any transaction. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any attempt to use the fa66 platform to launder funds or process proceeds of criminal activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a legitimate deposit made to your fa66 account is a violation of these Terms. fa66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where chargebacks are initiated, recover the relevant funds from any available balance, and pursue legal remedies if appropriate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, fa66 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all fa66 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will be closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements specific to each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page.
• fa66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploiting errors in bonus terms — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may result in account termination.

fa66 reserves the final right of interpretation for all bonus terms and conditions. In cases of dispute, fa66's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering requirements, and withdrawal restrictions shall be final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on fa66 — whether on cricket, esports, virtual sports, live casino tables, or slot machines — are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager. fa66 shall not be liable for errors made by the player during the bet placement process.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on fa66 cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers and other national teams. Casino Games

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a wager or game round, fa66 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. fa66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

7 Responsible Gaming

fa66 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We believe that online gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm. fa66 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa66 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer fa66's software, platform, or underlying systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or any other automated means to place wagers, scrape data, or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fa66 staff or other users.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures.
• Any conduct that fa66, in its reasonable discretion, considers to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or its users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fa66 platform — including but not limited to the fa66 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data, and other materials — is the exclusive property of fa66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fa66 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any fa66 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the fa66 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly approved by fa66.
• Frame or scrape any part of the fa66 website for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate the platform.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by fa66 and its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of access.

fa66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the claim.

fa66 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that the results of using the platform will meet your expectations. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

fa66 is not responsible for any losses arising from: internet connectivity failures on the player's side; hardware or software failures on the player's device; third-party payment processing delays; events beyond fa66's reasonable control (including acts of god, natural disasters, or government actions).

11 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your fa66 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may have the bonus portion of the balance forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Termination by fa66

fa66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that fa66 believes to be illegal.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Consistent pattern of bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute against fa66.

Where an account is terminated by fa66 for a verified breach of these Terms, fa66 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, such balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments

fa66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fa66 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an on-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fa66 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
